Fernando Antonio da Silva Fernandes has an impressive educational and professional background in civil engineering, safety engineering, and agroenergy. He holds a Doctorate in Mining, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where he focused on glass foam production from recycled materials for use in lightweight concrete. His Master’s in Agroenergy, obtained from the Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT), centered on the use of biodiesel waste in ceramic production.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in various educational institutions, including the Universidade Federal do Pará and the Centro Universitário Católica do Tocantins, where he has taught courses in engineering and safety. He has extensive experience as a professor, teaching subjects such as Civil Engineering, Safety Engineering, and Materials Science.
