Jongbin Ahn is a dedicated Ph.D. candidate at Yonsei University, specializing in Materials Science & Engineering under the guidance of Prof. Wooyoung Lee. With an M.S. degree from Pusan National University and a background in Chemistry from Changwon National University, Jongbin brings a robust academic foundation to his research. As an Engineering Researcher at SeAH CSS, he focused on advancing rare earth magnetic materials. His current research interests include the development and applications of rare earth magnetic materials, advanced manufacturing techniques for NdFeB permanent magnets, optimization of magnetic properties in nanostructured materials, and sustainable production methods. Jongbin is particularly passionate about exploring the magnetocaloric effect for cryogenic refrigeration, investigating high-energy ball milling processes, synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles via reduction-diffusion methods, and employing advanced characterization techniques for magnetic materials.
